Indefinite Intentions

It's a rainy day in Washington DC today, a great day to launch into projects I've been putting off, like cleaning out closets before my out of town visitors arrive later this month, or finally sitting down to write about how I would re-assign the planets in astrology (based on what the planets are actually like, from what we've learned about the solar system in the last twenty years or so).

Of course I could clean the chateau - there's always something that needs to be cleaned. Or I could indulge my newly discovered love of baking - though - I've already baked one cake this week. Do I really need to bake TWO cakes? Hmmm.

Or ... I could sit around, watch movies, read blogs, put my feet up and just do a whole lot of nothing.

That last option is tempting, I'll admit it. The week has been exhausting (energetically). As it turns out, I'm not the only one to have sensed the big rush of energy that precedes Uranus's assay into Aries tomorrow.

Sometimes it's good to sit still for awhile. Or not. Clearly the jury is still out on how this day will unfold. Que sera, sera.

Tomorrow, eh? That`ll be six hours earlier here. If something real unusual happens, I`ll be sure to tell you! I hope it will be good!

I went to bed last night thinking of what I wanted to accomplish today and today has more possibilities.

I say cake-making and couch- reclining followed by a rainy walk and a home-made smoothie strawberry and banana........
make your accomplishment: accomplishing nothing.
You could maybe polish the kettle with a 'magic eraser'
this is a very thrilling thing to do.
I do not jest.
Much too much energy buzzing around so step out of the fray.
I'm sure you'll have fun whatever you do.

GOSH I'm glad i'm not the only one feeling like this!

Nice to have such esteemed company. I absolutely refuse to clean anything today. Virus be damned.

Interesting; just my intent today was to sit, read, knit

I find doing a whole lot of nothing extremely tempting. I just have to learn to give way to temptation. Have fun!

hey reya, weekdays are workdays for this guy but having said that, who knows what will walk or fly through the door?! getting to and from the school i see so much and then the evening which during the school year is largely given over to planning, marking, and even thinking. oh ad then there's the whole matter of personal time, blog time, and a whole host of other time-based and timeless experiences! but there's qualities of energy that whisper and sometimes roar through those little frameworks i just described. the fun is finding the energy thread that allows for the best goodness to gather 'round whatever i'm doing and then get out of its way! steven

The energy came rushing in with a giant wind storm today. It felt weird.

Oh my God, Reya!!! The earth is shaking - what an incredible earthquake in Japan - 8.9! And such huge and terrible tsunamis - even rolling over to Hawaii and Mexico... Was THAT in the air? We are glued to the TV.
No, that was not the good outcome I had hoped for. But the world is seeking for balance - maybe something equally GOOD will happen now, too?

Things are going to be shaking for awhile. "Good" and "bad" are insufficient for the task of describing what's up.

Here we go.
