Springtime makes everything frisky, even an old dog like Jake. Sweet, sweet spring!

Now Reya, this is spooky. I was just reading an article about advertising symbolism and how Chevy, and others, use that type of symbol as a "portal" encouraging people to enter it...the Chevy experience. Wowza. That's like energy crossing paths in a very odd way. VERY.

Seeing that Chevy symbol makes me want to sing the "See the USA in your Chevrolet" song. I can still hear Dinah Shore and I'll bet I know all the words! Can anyone else say that?

"can anyone else say that?" I can: a few weeks ago, I even posted Dinah singing it!
Reya, I love this photo and the way Jake is pointing in the direction set by the symbol. Beautiful.

Much as I love autumn I am a wee bit jealous of all that spring fever followed by summer.

At least the mosquitoes leave during winter time.

Cube - What's really weird is that I thought about naming the post "The Chevy Experience." Wow.

Yes, Hele - I love the "no bug" season. And I love fall, too. It's so weird, and so cool, to be on opposite sides of the seasons!

Barbara, Lee - yes the Chevy song, yes. You know I had a dear friend named Chevy who died last summer, too.

All hail the mighty Chevy!

Dinah Shore! LOL. Remember her variety show?

I like the way the forsythia almost matches the Chevy symbol. And then there's the warm, gold-beige coat of Jake. A happy photo all around!

Yes the golden chevy does match the golds of spring--blazing like the forsythia

Jake has a "Quest into Springtime" look about him.
