  1. Has overwork really turned you into a size 2 giant? A very interesting shot! But where is it?

  3. It's around the corner from the Sufi acupuncturist, at 19th and K Streets. I've featured the spiral floor in recent blogs. Love all the layers of reflection.

More interesting than my size (to me at least) is the fact that even though I was randomly standing on the sidewalk outside the building, photographing nervously since the security guy was watching me, still, in the pic I appear to be standing at the very center of the spiral. This was not planned. Very cool.

  4. "not planned" - I was about to comment on that placement. But in a way, not planned is even cooler : )

  7. Cobalt blue is my favorite color.

I tried for years not to have a favorite color and in fact I enjoy all the colors, I do. But cobalt blue, the color of the sky after the sun sets but before it's completely dark? Yum!

Lucy, so good to 'see' you!

  8. I was about to ask if the spiral you were standing in was outside or inside, then I read the comments. Not planned? Very cool indeed! What a happy circumstance that made a great photo even better!

Get some rest if you can!
