I wish that when it becomes "lost" that it could show up somewhere else. Instead it just evaporates. Companies lose money; people lose jobs. And Republicans refuse to vote for a jobs bill that is offered up by a Democratic president.Kerryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15281288495129054688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2607471777855707790.post-42856796435057741312011-10-17T23:43:52.650-04:002011-10-17T23:43:52.650-04:00Reinvestment of resources is so important to keep ...Reinvestment of resources is so important to keep healthy communities thriving. A Maserati can not run on a poorly maintained road. It will fall off a broken bridge. If the community cannot afford to keep the roads operational, what is the point of owning a Maserati? The wealthy are not required to throw their money at community projects, but they must see the benefit of doing this. Great blog Reya!! And the planet, too, of course. Everything else is fictional, but then most of what takes place in our consciousness is fictional. At least, in mine.Mary Ellenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06476814211173076515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2607471777855707790.post-990691646362060982011-10-17T10:39:46.245-04:002011-10-17T10:39:46.245-04:00The money evaporated because it wasn't real mo...The money evaporated because it wasn't real money. It was potential money. It only becomes real money when you sell it. Hopefully you sell it before it's worth less than you paid for it.

But you are right, big companies are necessarily evil but it seems to me most companies get big through greed. I don't understand hoarding money and resources. If you have enough, if you have extra just sitting around, spread it around. It does no one any good just sitting around, not even the person who has it.ellen abbotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00535475792150335186noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2607471777855707790.post-38115411191042023422011-10-17T10:39:40.156-04:002011-10-17T10:39:40.156-04:00Well said, Reya.Well said, Reya.Merle Sneedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01228809667893921954noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2607471777855707790.post-8313532654281400032011-10-17T02:53:15.065-04:002011-10-17T02:53:15.065-04:00living in southern Africa, I can say I do not know...living in southern Africa, I can say I do not know anyone from any standpoint, who does not assist in some way with community and conservation projects, outreach, and assistance to greater and lesser degrees; it is impossible not to when governments seem unable to fulfil the massive requirements.
